A customer reported that the ZeusV1 defibrillator simulator discharges immediately after charging during acceptance and debugging, resulting in failure to charge effectively.

After testing and analysis by our technicians, the problem was not caused by equipment failure but by non-standard operation. The debugger pressed the charge button without closing the electrode contact protection cover, triggering the safety protection device.

Our technicians explained that closing the electrode contact protection cover will restore normal charging and discharging functions.
